local initiative

Ethos is very much a local initiative and expression of Forest Grove. The vision of a public place to foster community emerged from Southside Community Church who own the space.

local coffee

Vancouver based JJ Bean Coffee supplies Ethos with locally roasted and fairly traded coffee. We serve a Medium Roast (Canto Gallo), Palomino Espresso & Komodo Decaf. Come in for a taste.

local art

The walls display art and photography of local Burnaby artists. From time to time we have local music or an open mic.

local volunteers

Ethos is run by volunteers local to the Forest Grove Neighbourhood or close to it. If you would be interested in helping in this co-operative initiative please email us.

Even down to the logo a local FG Whattlekainum resident who is a graphic artist helped us develop our ‘e’ in Ethos.
